Charlotte Gordon, author of The Woman Who Named God, will be speaking at the Church of the Good Shepherd on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 3:00 PM. Charlotte Gordon BioCharlotte Gordon is a writer of poetry, non-fiction and fiction. She began her writing life as a poet and has published two books of poetry, When the Grateful Dead Came to St. Louisand Two Girls on a Raft. Her biography of the 17th century poet, Anne Bradstreet, Mistress Bradstreet: The Untold Life of America’s First Poet, (Little, Brown, 2005) won a New England Book Award for non-fiction. We celebrate a great evening of music at the Good Shepherd on August 21, 2009. Donations from the evening went to benefit the restoration project of our 113 year old pipe organ. Thank you Mike Clark for taking the pictures!

Everyone is invited to help us celebrate the marriage of Corky Smith and Ron Pinette on Sunday, October 7th, 2007 immediately following church. The celebration will be hosted by Michael and Debbie Clark and a light lunch will be served. Congratulations Corky and Ron!!
